Starbucks : Providing Outsourced Project Management Services for Starbucks' Major Renovation Program in the New York Region and the Florida Region.
&Pizza : Tenant fitout construction for 6 regionally operated pizza shops.
Barnes & Noble College Booksellers : New and remodel projects of college bookstores, cafes and stadium shops.
Burger King : Image change for Burger King, consisting of 13 new restaurants, 17 scrape and rebuilds, and 22 remodels. Acted as program manager, overseeing multiple project managers working in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Alabama, Georgia, Virginia, and Florida.
HSBC : Retail Banking, Corporate Office Projects, and Data Center Projects in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Brazil and Argintina. $200M annaul spend.
JP Morgan Chase : 5,000 Retail Bank projects with a total Capital Spend of $250M. Projects were a combination of out of the ground new builds, major, and minor renovations.
McDonalds : Major Remodels, Interior, Exterior, Site/Drive Thru - NY/NJ/PA/New England.
Wallgreens : 5 New Walgreens locations in New York City.
