The site currently has 6 buildings completed for a total of 18,040 sq/ft with 14,510 sq/ft currently under lease.

There is currently 1 building under construction with an expected completion date of August 1st, 2010. We will have 2 buildings left to build which we can combine for a total of 5,500 sq/ft.

Notice the designer picked colors that make this building so much different than the rest that are out there. The contrast of the colors truly gives the building a high end look. (view image)

See the red barrel roof. This is the most substantive feature of the building giving it the added character that it deserves helping it stand out from any other buildings in the area. (view image)

Although not as noticeable as the columns or the roof, the 2 foot roof overhang versus the standard 1 foot overhang adds the little extra touch giving the roof line and the stature of the building a little different look. (view image)
