Wesley Hills PROFESSIONAL CENTER

Wesley Hills Professional Center is a collection of individually owned office/professional and retail buildings in the planning and pre-development phases. It is located in the dynamic State Road 54 / Wesley Chapel/Zephyr Hills Area (view site map . 72kb). The layout of the park provides each building with a direct frontage on state road 54 (view site plan . 284kb). The site is approximately 4 miles from the city of Zephyr Hills in immediate proximity to the numerous residential communities both existing and under development.

In additional within 2 miles of the site there is Lake Bernadette which has been established for over 20 years and has over 4,000 homes and several lots still under development. There is also Crystal Lake a 55+ community with nearly 300 homes and the Wyndrush and Brookfield communities with an additional 200 homes.

Also in close proximity (within 3-5 miles) are the following communities that are under development Ashton Oaks, New River Township, Fox Crossings, Shellwood place, Nesslewood and Beaconsfield totaling approximately 1,000 new homes.

In addition to the vast existing and under development residential developments in the area there are also local and nationwide retailers. Within a mile of the site there is Winn-Dixie, Banking, CVS, Hardees, Kash & Karry, Buddy Foster Chevrolet, Bells and Big Lots in additional to numerous smaller retail shops.

Within 2 miles of the site there is a Home Depot, Wendy's with a Dunkin Donuts scheduled to be constructed. Within three miles, the town of Zephyr Hills has Subway, KFC, Burger King, McDonalds and Wachovia.
