for over 20 years and has over 4,000 homes and several lots still under
development. There is also Crystal Lake a 55+ community with nearly
300 homes and the Wyndrush and Brookfield communities with an additional

that are under development Ashton Oaks, New River Township, Fox Crossings,

Within 2 miles of the site there is a Home Depot, Wendy's with a Dunkin Donuts
scheduled to be constructed. Within three miles, the town of Zephyr Hills
has Subway, KFC, Burger King, McDonalds and Wachovia.
The principals of the Developer of the property, JCT Development have forty
years of collective experience developing commercial property and currently
manage the construction of over 100 office buildings in Pasco and Hillsborough
Counties.
Wesley Hills Professional Center will begin construction in the Summer
of 2008 and occupancy is projected in the Winter of 2008/2009. The site as
