We are very excited about our Palm Harbor project for many reasons. First,
despite the fact the principals of JOEMCO have a combined 40 years of
experience in developing property this is our first project in Pinellas
County. In addition, the property is located right in the heart of the
Old Palm Harbor Historic district. The area is defined by an eclectic
