Mill Pond Professional Center is a collection of individually owned
office/professional buildings currently under development. It is located
in the dynamic State Road 54/New Port Richey area (view
site map 72kb).
The site will have access through the current retail on the parcel from
State Road 54 as well as 1 large marquee sign. The site is in immediate
proximity to numerous residential communities as well as only 1.6 miles
West of the new hospital, The
Medical Center of Trinity.
The principals
of the Developer of the property, have forty years of collective experience
developing commercial property and currently manage the construction
of over 100 office buildings in Pasco and Hillsborough Counties.
The site
as currently configured has 9 individual buildings ranging from 2.250
sq/ft up to 5,000 sq/ft, which can of course be combined to meet additional
square footage requirements. As the site is zoned Commercial 2 (C2) each

Executive Suites
We currently have individual offices that we lease
out inside our units. Our executive suites include trey ceilings, crown
molding, recessed lighting, generous signage, keyless entry, locked individual
offices, conference room, refrigerator and break room, conference room,
and a beautiful furnished waiting area.
All executive suites include
all utilities including internet and range from $325-$500 per month depending
on size. All prices include tax.
We
are currently seeking tenants that would mix well with some of these
trades including a Gynecological Oncologist, Pediatrician, Gastrointerologist,
a lab similar to a Quest Diagnostics or Lab Corp, a local pharmacy and
many others.
