JCT Development was selected to serve as the General Contractor for the renovation of the Salvatore Ferragamo luxury retail store in the Americana Mall in Manhasset, New York. This project was completed in Mid-February, 2010 to the satisfaction of the client, meeting their incredibly high standards.

They have one of the most beautiful store designs of any retailer with some of the highest quality merchandise displays available on today's market creating an immediate ambiance of high quality once you enter one of their retail locations.

The scope of work included refinish of the custom wood flooring and completion of build out. In addition, all of the merchandise displays were fully restored to their original showroom condition. The entire project was completed to the budget and within the rigid time constraints set for this project.
